STAFF/ARTIST SELECTION AND/OR CHANGES
If you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another person please make a request.
In order to maintain the tranquility of your surroundings, cell phones sounds must be turned off or on vibrate during your visit.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and cash as forms of payment.
We do not accept checks.
We do not add an automatic gratuity onto any service including bridal. We gladly accept and appreciate gratuities in the form of cash or credit card.
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on retail sales. We may allow for even exchanges on defective or damaged products. All services are non-refundable once the client has left stating they were satisfied with results. However, for any unsatisfied results within the first week, we will gladly correct or fix anything to achieve satisfaction within reason. For bridal/event hair and makeup: please refer to contract for any refunds and specific stipulations.
Purchasing a gift card is done electronically and will put on the gift-receiver's account. You will need their name, phone number and email address when purchasing a gift card. Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. They are non-transferrable and also can't be redeemed for cash or credit. All gift cards are valid for one year from date of purchase unless the expiration date states otherwise. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or be reloaded, sold or used for payment outside Collective Beauty.
For all services, excluding hair and makeup, we proudly do not use any products tested on animals. Many products are also vegan and use natural products including plants and fruits. Because hair and makeup artists use their own products, if you would like find out more about an artist's products, please contact us.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing and accessories.
We all love animals, really love them, but please leave your pets at home. It is against South Carolina regulations for animals to be inside a licensed salon unless it is a service animal.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in South Carolina a in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
